These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HeffronsNeonSigns.com and purchases from Heffron’s Neon Signs. By using the website, creating an account or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Website Use and Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, requesting a quote or placing an order. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. The website may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or disruptive purposes.

Products, Images and Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors and brightness may appear different because of photography, lighting and screen settings. Dimensions, finishes, packaging and specifications may change when a manufacturer updates a product. Hand-blown neon and handcrafted merchandise may have minor variations that are part of the product’s character. Please contact us before ordering when a particular size, finish, color, electrical requirement or licensed design is essential.

Pricing, Taxes and Errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, freight, taxes, customs charges and other applicable costs may be added during checkout or quoted separately. We may correct typographical, pricing, availability or product-information errors before an order is shipped. If an order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed price or on the displayed terms, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it.

Orders, Payment and Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization and acceptance by Heffron’s Neon Signs. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not guarantee availability or final acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect product information, legal restrictions or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the cancelled amount through the applicable payment method.

Processing, Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Processing and delivery estimates depend on product availability, production requirements, destination and carrier conditions. Quoted shipping or delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may change because of order volume, material availability, weather, carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Smaller domestic orders generally ship by UPS or FedEx. International orders may ship by UPS International, DHL or a freight forwarder. Tracking information is provided when available.

Freight Deliveries

Large or unusually fragile merchandise may ship by freight carrier. Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, freight delivery is curbside. The driver is not responsible for carrying merchandise inside a home or business. The customer must arrange suitable help and equipment to receive and move the shipment safely.

Delivery Inspection and Damage Claims

Inspect every package and product immediately upon delivery. Photograph visible damage, the packaging, shipping label and product before moving or discarding anything. Keep all packaging. When you are present for a visibly damaged freight delivery, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and refuse the shipment when appropriate.

Shipping damage, shortages or order discrepancies must be reported to Heffron’s Neon Signs by email within 24 hours of delivery. Include the order information and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label and delivery receipt when applicable. Delayed reporting, missing documentation or discarded packaging may prevent a carrier claim from being approved.

Cancellations, Returns and Final-Sale Merchandise

Many neon products are specialty, licensed or made-to-order merchandise. Once an order is accepted and processed, it may not be changed or cancelled. All sales are final unless a different return right is stated for a specific product or is required by law. Do not send merchandise back without contacting Heffron’s Neon Signs and receiving return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Approved returns, when available, must satisfy the written conditions provided with the authorization.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for confirming local import rules, electrical compatibility and delivery requirements before ordering. Unless expressly included in a written quote or checkout total, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and destination fees are the customer’s responsibility. International delivery times may be affected by customs processing and local carriers.

Installation, Electrical Safety and Product Use

Follow all product instructions, electrical ratings, mounting requirements and indoor/outdoor use restrictions. Do not modify electrical components or use a product in a location for which it is not rated. Hardwired installations and any work requiring electrical knowledge should be performed by a qualified professional in accordance with applicable codes. The customer is responsible for safe placement, installation, operation and maintenance after delivery.

Warranties and Service

Warranty coverage, if any, varies by product and manufacturer and is limited to the written warranty supplied or identified for that product. Contact us before arranging repair, replacement or return service. Unauthorized modification, improper installation, misuse or damage after delivery may affect warranty coverage. These Terms do not limit warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

The website’s text, photographs, graphics, logos, page designs and other content are owned by Heffron’s Neon Signs or used with permission from manufacturers and licensors. Product names, trademarks and licensed artwork remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping and business purchasing purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell, scrape or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

Payments, shipping, analytics, embedded content and other parts of the website may be provided by third parties. Their services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content or practices on an independent third-party website.

Disclaimers and Limits of Responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heffron’s Neon Signs is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website interruption, customer misuse, unauthorized product modification, delays outside our reasonable control or services performed by independent third parties. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, labor interruption, material shortage, utility or internet outage, government action, natural disaster or similar event. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and complete affected orders when practical.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and shared. Our Shipping & Returns Policy provides additional delivery, inspection, damage-claim, cancellation and return details. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
