Existing Orders and Shipping Damage

When contacting us about an existing order, include your name, order information and the product involved. For shipping damage, contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label and delivery receipt when applicable. Review our complete shipping and returns policy. Do not email credit-card information.
